Throughout the past decade, Courtney has worked with small businesses from varying sectors in order to help them understand the financial ins and outs of their businesses. She lives for the light-bulb moments, and loves nothing more than creating approachable, embraceable and efficient systems.

Whether she's delving into financial intricacies or sharing the literal fruits (and vegetables) of her impressive gardening skills,* Jenn tackles each task with enthusiasm and an impressive commitment to learning. Alongside her warmth and versatility, Jenn contributes a unique blend of skills gained from over 15 years in small business management to all of her work. Jenn also co-owns and operates Fancy Dream Construction in Vancouver, BC.

Megan’s embodies our values; her expertise ensures that complex financial information becomes accessible and actionable, fostering clarity and trust.

Neil Hillbrandt

Neil brings a keen eye for efficiency and a love for problem-solving to CCE Consulting. After over a decade working as a chef, he made the switch to bookkeeping and trained at Bench as part of theie Historical and Adjustment teams.
A natural problem-solver, Neil thrives on collaboration, asking the right questions, and finding smarter ways to get things done. He’s excited to be part of a tight-knit team where he can make a real impact, both for clients and within the company.
Outside of work, Neil balances his love of eating (he might not cook anymore, but he sure enjoys a good meal) with running and exercise. Once nominated for Vancouver’s Best Urban DJ, he’s guaranteed to have a new recommendation for new music up his sleeve.
