She lives for the light-bulb moments, and loves nothing more than creating approachable, embraceable and efficient systems.

Matt is a data-obsessed problem solver who’s always ready for a challenge. Having managed and consulted for small businesses for nearly a decade, he loves helping others achieve their goals. When he’s not at his desk, he’s probably either riding his bicycle or making pasta.

Whether she's delving into financial intricacies or sharing the literal fruits (and vegetables) of her impressive gardening skills,* Jenn tackles each task with enthusiasm and an impressive commitment to learning. Alongside her warmth and versatility, Jenn contributes a unique blend of skills gained from over 15 years in small business management to all of her work. Jenn also co-owns and operates Fancy Dream Construction in Vancouver, BC.

As a co-founder at Brood, they’ve mastered uplifting both businesses and new parents alike. Now they bring this passion for fostering joy and accessibility to the CCE family (ask them about how they brought a baby and chocolate cake to their first week at the office…). Formerly numbers avoidant, Emma delights in the work of systems optimization, project management and compassionate client care. Catch them basking in the glow of a beautifully curated oceanside picnic with their loved ones — pure magic!
